On Top of the World Tops 55PLACES.COM 2019’s Most Popular Active Adult Communities List
On Top of the World Communities was named 55places.com’s
most popular active adult community out of 100 for 2019. OTOW surpassed two of
its biggest competitors, Latitude Margaritaville and The Villages. Last year,
Margaritaville ranked first, but this year, OTOW has taken over.
The internal metrics of 55places.com and the site’s user
behavior are what help compile the list and rank communities. 55places.com placed
OTOW at the top based on things like unique pageviews and the number of
internal sales leads and home sales from 55places.com between April 2018 and
March 2019.
The top ten communities are:

every single day. With unlimited activities, vast amenities and a unique,
active lifestyle, residents couldn’t be happier living there.
“There is so much to do and, if you’re bored, it’s your own
fault! I’ve met some of the most wonderful people and have developed a very
strong circle of friends. Being single, it’s an incredible feeling to not feel
alone anymore!” – Becky A.
“We have only been here a few months, but in this short
time, we have met new friends and have found much enjoyment in the activities.
Saturday nights at The Square, listening to music and watching the line
dancers. Just golf cart rides around the neighborhoods brings much enjoyment.”
– Tom & Kathy
“Great place to live… I stay so busy with all the physical
activities (like) softball, wallyball, racquetball, pickleball, and more.
People I meet while playing all these sports are nice and interesting. So glad
I moved here, would recommend to anyone who is active.” – Andrew C.
OTOW is very proud to be number one on a list that can help
potential buyers learn about the lifestyle it provides. “We help
prospective home buyers find the community where they can imagine their every
day coming alive—meeting new friends, finding a fulfilling hobby, enjoying
amenities, and experiencing an enriched lifestyle,” says Todd Warshauer,
vice president of sales for 55places.com. “But we also know that decision
does not come easy. No matter the interest or requirement, there’s an option,
and this list of preferred communities is a good place to start.”
